Look for an apartment
To book an apartment, you must input the dates of your stay and the number of persons, then click on the “search” button. 2beapart will show you only the apartments which are available on the dates you have requested and correspond to the number of persons you have indicated. If there is no availability in the district you have chosen, 2beapart will automatically offer you the apartments available in other districts.
If several choices are possible, you can compare up to four apartments (see below);
Consult the detailed files and compare the offers online
You can consult a detailed file for each apartment. We make choosing an apartment as easy as possible, with high-quality photos, detailed descriptions and access to practical functions such as a comparator or the 3D real view of the district.
2beapart allows you to compare all the facilities and main services and the rate for the requested period for up to 4 apartments on one page.
Online booking form
After choosing an apartment, click on the “book now” button for the apartment in question. Clicking on the “book now” button directs you to the rental form. The rental form will display a summary of your booking. You can specify the time of your arrival, which is very useful for your host, and then complete your personal details. Read carefully the general conditions which apply to all rentals.
Once you have checked the rental details and completed the requested information, you can continue and make the online prepayment.
Credit card payment
To book your accommodation, you need to make an online prepayment. The amount of the prepayment is indicated in the price calculation and on the booking form. The rest of the payment will be paid on your arrival or in advance, depending on the accommodation you have chosen.
Credit card transactions are made completely securely thanks to the SSL payment system. For more information on secure payment, go to the “secure payment” menu.
Confirmation email
As soon as the payment is confirmed, your booking will be validated and your accommodation booked. You will instantly receive a booking confirmation by email. In your confirmation email, you will receive all the information on what to do on your arrival and your rental contract will be attached. At the same time your host (the owner or his representative) will instantly receive an email and a text message confirming your stay.
Rental contract
In your confirmation email you will find an attachment containing your rental contract. You must sign three copies of this document. The first must be returned to 2beapart, at the address indicated on your confirmation email, 48 hours after you receive your email. Ensure that you keep the other two copies, as the owner of your accommodation (or his representative) must sign your copy when the keys and your payment are handed over.
