How to make my reservation,

After making your choice of apartment, you will complete your booking form and you will pay an online prepayment with secure payment access of 20% of the total amount of your stay. As soon as the prepayment is accepted, an email confirming your reservation will be sent to you and the owner will be informed immediately.

How is payment made online?

Payment is made via the secure STRIPE system and by credit card. Your transaction is secure and your data is protected.

Can I pay with my credit card on arrival?

2BeApart only takes payments by credit card.
Also, a pre-payment will be requested at the moment of booking, the rest of the amount due will be deducted automatically the day of your arrival at the apartment.

May I cancel my reservation ?

Yes but the cancellation is subject to conditions that depend on the given notice period: in case of cancellation fifteen days or less than fifteen days before arrival, the tenant remains liable for the total amount of the rent. In any case, the prepayment paid is not refundable, not even in case of force majeure. If you wish or need to cancel your reservation, you must inform us by email. We recommend that our clients take out travel insurance with cancellation cover. Click on “Terms & Conditions” in the menu to learn more about cancellation conditions and costs.

Is it possible to change the length of stay?

It is possible to extend the duration of your stay, if availability allows. The change of the duration of the stay will be subject to a file fee of a minimum additional cost of 40 €; the new amount of your stay will be automatically recalculated according to the number of days in addition. If you wish to reduce the duration of your stay, at least 15 days before the date of your arrival, you remain liable for the total amount of the rental. Beyond 15 days, the new amount of your stay will be automatically recalculated according to the number of days less. Prepayment online will not be refundable.

Is it possible to change the number of people?

If the number of people changes during your stay, you must always make your reservation by indicating the maximum number of people. For example, you want to book for four nights; 2 nights you are 4 people and the other 2 nights you are 3. In this case it will be necessary to make the reservation for 4 people. Unless otherwise stated by 2beapart, only the number of guests indicated by the customer in the booking is allowed to use the accommodation. The number of people who will make use of the accommodation must not exceed the number of people accommodable of each apartment, except for children under 3 years. If the obligations mentioned are broken, the owner is allowed to leave the accommodation and you will not be entitled to any compensation or refund.

If you want to change housing?

Once prepayment and booking are confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes online, we can do it for you, in case the changes concern the number of people or dates, this depending on the occupancy of the apartment, it’s probably possible to extend your stay, however, the opposite is not possible.
We can propose you other apartment, depending on disponibility, and only if there is a major problem in the apartment, this doesn’t incur any additional costs even in case you are over-rated.

How to arrange the arrival and departure of the airport?

We do not plan shuttles to the airport. For information on how to get to or from the airport, see the information on public transport in our “travel guide” section.

If you need a taxi from the airport or train station, we have a partnership agreement (negotiated price) with a private taxi service. Do not hesitate to ask.

What are the charges (electricity, gas, …)?

For stays of less than 12 weeks, utilities consumption are included in the rent amount . Beyond 12 weeks, electricity, water and gas (if the apartment is equipped with gas) will be charged on consumption. The day of your arrival, we will inform you of the number indicated on the electricity meter (and gas). Electricity and gas meter reading will be done upon departure. For electricity, as an indication, the price of the KW consumed is charged at € 0.15 / KW, and € 0.10 / KWh for tarif à verifier gas (rates may vary depending on the costs in effect at the time of the stay). The total amount will either be deducted from your security deposit or charged extra if it is not enough to cover the costs.

How to go to rent?

The booking confirmation contains the full address and instructions for getting there. You can also consult the public transport section in our “travel guide” section.

Should we bring linen or home accessories?

Sheets and towels are provided in the accommodations. In the kitchen you will find cutlery, plates, glasses, pans and dishes. The availability of accessories such as the internet, the dishwasher, or the iron depends on the location chosen. You can consult online the characteristics of each apartment.

How is the reception and the delivery of the keys?

In general the entrance to the apartment is between 14:00 to 19:00 – an early entry is possible if the apartment is available and with prior agreement of the owner or his representative. To offer you the best possible service, we invite you to indicate your arrival time, indicating the exact arrival time of your flight or your train in the reservation area. If you do not know your arrival, do not hesitate to contact the owner or his representative. The contact details of the owner or his representative are indicated in the booking confirmation. With the manager you will agree on a time of appointment at the address where you will be welcomed, you will go around the house and take possession of the keys. It is also with the manager that you will sign the lease and you will finalize the payment.

What time do I have to leave?

The usual time of departure is before 11am in the morning. The owner or his representative will also be present when you leave. You must contact the owner to arrange an appointment with him.

Do I have to clean the apartment before I leave?

Before each arrival, the accommodation will be cleaned and prepared for your stay. Sheets and towels are already included in the price of your rental. If you want the apartment cleaned during your stay, let us know at the time of booking. This service will be charged extra.
