Check In / Out
For a smooth stay, please note the following times :
Check-in – From 4:00 PM
Your apartment is ready to welcome you from 4:00 PM. We make sure everything is prepared so that your check-in is smooth and comfortable
Check-out – Before 11:00 AM
On the day of your departure, please vacate the apartment before 11:00 AM so that we can prepare it for the next guests.
Need some flexibility ?
If you would like an early check-in or a late check-out, please let us know in advance: we will do our best depending on availability.
House Rules
Respect for the Apartment & the Neighborhood
- Treat the apartment as your own
- Respect the condominium rules
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Save energy : switch off the lights and heating, and close the windows
Not Allowed
- Smoking inside
- Subletting or transferring the apartment
- Do not use the toilet as a trash bin (toilet paper only)
- Sleeping on the sofa or other non-designated surfaces is not allowed
- Altering or modifying the apartment is not allowed
- Hosting parties or events is not allowed
- Bringing pets is not allowed
Tenant’s Responsibility
- You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft
- Any excessive use of water, heating, or electricity may be charged
Housekeeping
- A cleaning service with a change of sheets and towels is scheduled every two weeks
- The upkeep of the apartment remains your responsibility
Eco-friendly Tips
- Turn off the heating when you open the windows
- Turn off the lights when leaving
- Do not let the water run unnecessarily
- Report any leak

House Amenities
Upon arrival, please inform us by email of any malfunction you may notice during your stay.
Washing Machine
Feel free to use the washing machine during your stay. Laundry detergent is available in the cupboard below.
INSTRUCTIONS :
Open the drum and avoid overfilling (leave about 1/3 empty).
Add detergent :
Compartment II : detergent (or place a capsule directly in the drum)
Compartment 🌸 : fabric softener
Select a program :
Cotton : whites, towels, bed linen
Synthetics : colors, everyday clothing
Delicate/Wool : fragile items
Quick : lightly soiled laundry
Start the machine :
Close the door and press ▶️ Start
After the cycle :
Remove the laundry immediately
Leave the door slightly open to air the machine
TV
INSTRUCTIONS :
To turn on the TV :
Press the Power button on the remote control.
If the screen stays black, press the Source button and select HDMI1 or HDMI2.
Use the remote control of the TV box to change channels.
Cooktop
INSTRUCTIONS :
Starting a fire :
Press the on/off button. Then press the button corresponding to the desired burner.
Press “+” to select the desired heat level.
Turning off :
Press the off button.
Safety :
Never leave the stove on unattended, and make sure all buttons are in the off position after use.
Dishwasher
INSTRUCTIONS :
Load the dishwasher with your dirty dishes (remove large food scraps first)
Add a tablet in the compartment provided for this purpose.
Choose an appropriate program :
Eco for daily use,
Quick for a short cycle,
Intensive for heavily soiled dishes
Start the wash by pressing the Start button;
Oven
INSTRUCTIONS :
To switch on :
Turn the temperature knob to the desired degree and select the cooking mode (fan oven, grill, etc.)
Wait a few minutes for the oven to reach the desired temperature
Place your dish on the rack or the appropriate tray.
To switch off :
Turn the knobs back to position 0 / off after use.

It is reserved for non-recyclable household waste (food scraps, plastic bags, soiled items).
